Parents Teacher cooperation is always encouraged to ensure that firm relationships and understanding are established. At the same time, it is our aim to promote contact with parents for students welfare. As such regular parent-teachers meetings are held in the school whereby parents are given an opportunity to come and meet the teachers to discuss the progress and other matter related to the welfare of their ward. Besides imparting good education and sound knowledge to the students, the school emphasis on character building and maintaining discipline. Parents and Guardians are expected to extend their fullest cooperation to the school authorities in the regard. Parents are advised not to disturb teacher during teaching hour. In case of emergency prior appointment may be obtained. Parents-teachers meeting are held on monthly basis on every last Saturday of the month. Any change in the residential address or telephone numbers may please be immediately notified to the School authorities.
The quality of an educational institution is determined primarily by the quality of its instructional program and faulty. To be effective and to keep instructions at a high level, school policies have to be administered in the best interest of all students. Diaries must be signed within a fortnight of the commencement of the new academic year and rules laid hereby should be strictly followed. Failing to sign the diary within the given period, parents may be called to do the same.
All national and public holidays are observed by the school. All school days missed, subsequently be made upon a Saturday. In case of sudden closure of school due to strikes or disturbance in the city during sessionals or during terminal examination the paper will be taken on the makeup Saturday/ or at the end of the examinations/assessment schedule.
School time in the morning is 8:00 a.m. Students are expected to be at school before 8: 00 a.m. Students will be sent back home upon 3rd late in a month. During the school year and examination time, students should be picked up promptly from school as per the given schedule. The school administration is not responsible for any mishap after school hours. If for any reason, students are required to stay back in school.
The school policy allows students to be marked on an average in case they miss a class test/sessional and or one or more papers in either one or three terms. However in all cases of average marking, 3 % marks will be deducted per subject for the missed test/session or assessments. The above concessions will be made only in genuine cases of ill health and emergencies (e.g. death in the immediate family) and not for Umra or holiday etc.
There are proper filtered water coolers are available in school campus, but students are encouraged / bound to bring boiled / mineral water from their house daily in water bottles.
Please follow the snack plan which is given by the school administration. Priority food items must be delivered to the students. Although there is a Tuck Shop in all campuses, however students are encouraged to bring snacks from home. Soft drinks are not allowed in school. Students are encouraged to the celebrate birthdays in simple manner with the classmates, brownies, cup cakes, non creamy cakes along with juice, cookies, or sandwiches can be brought to school.
During school hours in emergency school’s phones may be used for communication, Student are not allowed to keep cell / mobile phones with them during school, if it is necessary to bring phone then must be kept with Principal before assembly, and taken back at off time / home time.

Vendors are a major concern for us and most of the parents. It is not only traffic hindrance, but also a health hazard. An effective method to discourage the vendors is for parents, drivers and children not to make any purchases from them.
School will not take the responsibility for transportation of students, it will remain be the duty of parents / guardian to pick & drop the students through their own vehicles or through public / contractor transporter and also provide the complete information of transporter/ van drivers to the school Principal. Avoid to hire the Auto Rickshaws.

Attendance is compulsory for all students throughout the academic term. A mandatory 80% attendance is required in order for the student to be promoted to the next class/standard level. It is essential to attend the first day of school after the summer and winter break. Failing to attend school on the first day after the holidays result is up to suspension. In case of absence during the school year, the student is required to submit a note of excuse, if a child is absent for more than three days due to illness, kindly submit a medical certificate along with note of excuse addressed to principal, duly signed by parents. It is the Parents responsibility to contact the teacher for missed work during the child’s absence from school. The child will be re-tested to ascertain the class/standard into which he/she will be re-admitted. Repeated or prolonged absences for 10 consecutive days without having been granted leave may result in striking off the student’s name from the school register. Re-admission will be offered by paying Rs. 5000/-.
School maintains a high standard of discipline and does not compromise in this issue as it affects all other students The parents are responsible for instructing their children to adhere to the school conduct strictly. Punishments imposed are intended to the well being and overall discipline of all students equally. The decision of the school administration in this matter is final and binding to all the whole hearted cooperation of the parents is expected at all times. in the development of the character of their children. Any damage to school property will have to be appropriately reimbursed by offending student(s). During school hours, no student is allowed to leave the school without permission. School is not responsible for the loss of books, money and other articles. Pupils must take care of their own possessions. It is not advisable to have money (Large amount) or valuable articles along with them. Girls should not wear expensive ornaments and must wear scarf at all times.
There are three terms in our Education system. Each term includes two types of examinations i.e., (I) Sessional (ii) Terminal. There are two types of subjects those are taught i.e. (I) Language (ii) Technical in technical subjects sessional exam does include Lab, practical, viva, activities presentation, interview and projects, their assessment contain marks whereas in sessionalexam for language subject does include reading, listening, speaking and oral assessments. Both Language & Technical types does include written mid term exam, home work and Copy/book presentation marks. In Terminal exams, there exist only final terminal written exam having marks ratio of 50% to 60% out of 100 marks each subject. Students should have to pass all the three terminal exams, the final result will depend upon the average result of these three terms.
All kind of fee / charges must be paid in the prescribed bank through fee bill issued by school’s head office. All parents are informed regarding fees, should be paid within due date i.e. 10th of every month and to avoid the late charges we will appreciate your co-operation, expiry date of fee bill will not be increased in any case. Students have to clear the whole session dues i.e. (Twelve (12) months fee / lab charges / annual charges etc.)Fee once paid is not-refundable at the time of Admission, admission fee, annual charges and running month fee is payable. Two months fee must be payable at each time .Each year, next June fee must be payable with January fee & next July fee must be with February fee. After 2 months of constant failure of payment of fee, the name would be rusticated & re-admission will be possible through payment of re-admission fee Rs. 5000/-.If whole year fee dues are not cleared till the 15th of March then student will not be promoted to the next class/standard level nor will the school leaving certificate be issued, till such time that all dues are cleared.
